Who. Campaign Pass is operated by Cernunnos LLC, trading as BizDev (bizdev.studio), 2106 House Ave Suite 535, Cheyenne, Wyoming 82001, United States. Questions: [email protected].

What we hold about you. Your email address (to sign you in), the profile you type (name, contact details, role, company, the answers your policy gives), your campaign briefs, the outcomes you record, and the messages drafted in your name. The profile is encrypted at rest with a key that is not stored in the database.

What we hold about other people. Public event pages from Luma, including host names and the public bios and links Luma shows. Nothing is scraped from behind a login. Host data for a campaign is deleted 90 days after the campaign's last day; you can delete it earlier by deleting the campaign or your account.

Why. To prepare registration answers, score events and draft messages for you. We never register or message on your behalf: you (or your own Claude in your browser) do that from your accounts.

Processors. Railway (hosting and database), Cloudflare (DNS), Stripe (card payments; we never see card numbers), Resend (sign-in emails), Coinbase or x402.org facilitators (USDC settlement; we see the paying wallet address and transaction hash). Your own Claude connects only if you create a connector link.

Your controls. Download everything from Settings, delete your account there, revoke connector links at any time. Sign-in links expire in 20 minutes and work once.

Logs. Server logs keep request paths and email addresses on sign-in for 30 days. Tokens are masked before they are written.
